Product Development manages the full product lifecycle, including product ideation, concept development, salesforce buy-in, distribution, partner engagement, go-to-market execution, and post-launch monitoring. Phối hợp với các phòng ban để thực hiện UAT và kiểm thử thử nghiệm, đảm bảo đúng tiến độ Coordinate with departments to conduct UAT and Trial tests, ensuring the timeline is met. Phối hợp với IT và các phòng ban khác để điều chỉnh hệ thống khi có quy định mới, thay đổi hoặc phát sinh vấn đề. Work with IT and other departments to adjust the system when new regulations, changes, or issues arise. Tham gia vào quy trình phát triển Day 2. Involve to Day 2 development process. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Head of Product Perform other tasks as assigned by Head of Product. ## Qualifications Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kinh doanh, tài chính hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong vai trò phát triển sản phẩm bảo hiểm nhân thọ, tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm. Có kinh nghiệm kiểm thử hệ thống bảo hiểm. Tư duy logic và kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề. Có khả năng tổ chức và quản lý công việc hiệu quả. Có khả năng phối hợp và tạo ảnh hưởng với các nhóm liên chức năng. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in life insurance product development roles with at least 3 experience years. Experience in testing insurance systems. Logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to organize and manage work effectively.
