You will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights by analyzing dashboards and raw data extracts, identifying trends, and delivering recommendations that support smarter strategic decisions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving problems, influencing outcomes, and communicating insights with confidence to a wide range of stakeholders. Your work will help drive operation ### Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Conduct data analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using statistical tools and programming languages such as SQL to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. ### Generate insights Interpret data findings and translate them into actionable insights that inform business strategy, support decision-making, and improve operational efficiency. ### Collaborate with stakeholders Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, IT, Business Heads, and Product Development, to understand data needs and provide high-quality analytical support. ### Create data visualizations and reports Develop clear, visually compelling reports and presentations that communicate complex insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. ### Ensure data quality Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through validation techniques, quality checks, and regular audits. ### Support line management Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management to team members, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and development. ### Support team development Mentor and guide junior analysts, sharing knowledge and helping to build capability across the team. ### Build a data community Foster a collaborative data community across the organization by sharing best practices, encouraging knowledge exchange, and promoting data literacy and self-service analytics. ### Drive thought leadership Contribute to the growth of the Business & Insights function by identifying opportunities to improve processes, methods, and analytical approaches. ### Lead experimentation and innovation Test new analytics tools, automation opportunities, self-service solutions, and visualization methods to enhance analytical effectiveness. ### Stay current with industry trends Continuously build knowledge of emerging technol ## Qualifications ### Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analysis, ideally within a business, commercial, or marketing analytics environment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as QlikSense and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Good understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and customer behavior. Proven line management and mentorship experience, with the ability to coach, develop, and support team members effectively.
