## Job description

### 職務角色

作為銀行與客戶之間的橋樑，負責推動銀行產品與服務各方面的銷售與推廣。 協助完成團隊完成業績目標，提升顧客滿意度與忠誠度。 與銀行內部各部門合作，優化第三方服務流程，提升營運效率。

### 主要職責

規劃並執行銀行產品於各配套的銷售策略與推廣活動。 分析市場趨勢與競爭狀況，提出創新服務方案。 建立並維護與重要合作夥伴的良好關係，促進業務合作。 指導並培訓全部服務團隊，提升團隊專業能力與服務品質。 定期檢視績效數據，提出改善建議，協助達成績效目標。 處理客戶回饋與疑難，確保客戶需求得到答覆。

## Qualifications

### 資格條件

大學以上學歷，金融、行銷、管理相關科系尤佳。 3年以上銀行業務、管理或相關領域經驗。 具備良好的溝通協調能力及團隊領導經驗。 銀行熟悉產品與服務，具備市場分析與業務規劃能力。 積極主動，具備高度責任感和目標導向思維。 能夠適應快節奏的工作環境，並具備解決問題的能力。 ★ 招募流程提醒
