Responsible for overall accountability on Business and Process deliverables and ensure delivery on time to meet the Organisation and Departmental goals. Lead business requirement discussion with business stakeholders and relevant departments to understand the business requirements, design the business solutions and map them to technical functionalities. Responsible for gathering, analysis, translate, design and documenting business requirements into appropriate business requirement document & detailed functional specification. Design and document processes into standard operating procedures Conduct gap analysis on processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose and evaluate alternative solutions that will fulfil the business needs. Manage and conduct Business User Acceptance Test includes deliver test strategy, test plan, test case and exit report. Conduct training session for end users. Provide support during and post implementation. Manage and conduct Operation Readiness Trial. Partner with IT, Operation, Finance, Line of Business, other key regional stakeholders and external stakeholders in implementing digital projects and initiatives Other duties or projects as assigned ## Qualifications 5 – 8 years of relevant business analysis experience At least - 5 years of experience in designing business systems At least - 2 years of experience in digital application implementation At least - 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably general insurance with a background in Strategy, Operations & Continuous Improvement. Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Computer Science, IT, Business or any discipline.
