## Job description

Are you an experienced relationship builder with a background in insurance or financial services? Do you enjoy creating value for partners, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to long-term business growth? This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s largest insurers and become part of our Northern Consumer Business team, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.

About the role As Partnership Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with named partners within Chubb’s Consumer Business across the Northern Region, with a primary focus on the Dutch market. You will act as the main commercial contact for your partners, ensuring excellent service, driving performance, and identifying opportunities for growth.

### Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with assigned partners
- Deliver on agreed financial and commercial targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner stakeholders and business executives
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing partnerships
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted partner relationships
- Monitor, forecast, and track key partner performance metrics
- Ensure a high standard of partner service and satisfaction on a day-to-day basis
- Contribute to cross-functional projects as required

## Qualifications

What we are looking for We are looking for a commercially minded professional with: A relevant degree, preferably MSc or BBA At least
- 5 years of experience in a similar account management or partnership role A strong track record in relationship management and target delivery, ideally within insurance or financial services A proactive, hands-on, and collaborative working style
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
