## Job description

Are you a strategic marketing and communications leader who thrives in an international environment? Do you enjoy navigating different markets, cultures and business priorities while building campaigns and communications that create real impact? At Chubb, we're looking for a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our activity across France and the Northern Cluster (Benelux + Nordics) — a high-visibility role with broad scope, strategic ownership and genuine cross-border influence.

Why this opportunity stands out This is a rare dual-geography position combining leadership, strategy and execution across multiple markets. Based in Paris and part of our French marketing team, you will work closely with Chubb's wider EMEA Marketing & Communications community of ~35 colleagues.

You will:
- Lead Marketing & Communications for France and the Northern Cluster
- Manage and develop our Benelux Marketing & Communications Manager
- Drive activity across the Nordics as the key marketing and communications lead
- Partner with senior stakeholders across countries and functions to strengthen Chubb's brand and support business growth What you'll be doing
- Developing and delivering integrated and multichannel marketing campaigns across several markets
- Leading external communications and media engagement
- Creating high-quality content — from thought leadership to digital campaigns and press materials
- Managing events, conferences and speaking opportunities
- Overseeing budgets, measuring performance and reporting clearly to leadership
- Bringing brand consistency while adapting your approach to local market needs

## Qualifications

We'd love to hear from you if you are
- Significant experience in marketing and communications, ideally within B2B, financial services, or insurance.
- Strong expertise in media relations, content creation, and multi-channel marketing.
- Proven ability to navigate matrixed and multinational environments.

### Cultural agility
- equally at ease within French professional culture and Nordic/Benelux environments.
- Natural leadership qualities, with the ability to unite teams and develop talent.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both French and English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
