THE OPPORTUNITY As the Assistant Brand Manager, Product Innovation you will help shape Chipotle’s menu innovation and go-to-market strategy by identifying new opportunities grounded in consumer insights, emerging food trends, culture, and the competitive landscape. You will actively seek out innovation pathways, staying close to what’s happening across food, culture, social media, and emerging brands to identify ideas, ingredients, formats, and partners that could unlock what’s next for Chipotle. You will partner closely with Culinary and cross-functional teams to help bring new menu items and market launches from concept to execution, supporting strategic product briefs, test markets, pricing, merchandising, and integrated marketing activation. This role will help ensure new products and launches deliver a compelling, socially relevant and consistent consumer experience across restaurants and digital channels. ### WHAT YOU’LL DO Assess and identify opportunities and bring forward innovation ideas inspired by competitive landscape, emerging consumer behaviors, ingredients, cuisines, formats, brands, and cultural trends. Identify potential external partners and collaborators that can unlock differentiated innovation, accelerate development, or give Chipotle a relevant way into emerging cultural and food moments Support the development of strategic product briefs that translate consumer and business insights into clear direction for Chipotle’s Culinary team. Recommend timing and strategy for new menu items and support product development from concept through test market and national launch, including merchandising, pricing, and activation. Support new market launches by developing consumer insight-driven go-to-market strategies and briefs and coordinating cross-functionally to deliver a seamless consumer experience across restaurant and digital channels. Partner with internal and external communications and marketing teams, including creative agencies, experiential, social media, and digital partners, to develop and execute integrated go-to-market launch campaigns. ### WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business from 4-year college or university - 4+ years of relevant work experience in Brand Management experience in CPG products or Food industries with a demonstrated ability to support key organizational initiatives at a consumer-centric organization. PAY TRANSPARENCY A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $99,000.00–$138,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
