THE OPPORTUNITY As a Senior Analyst, IT Restaurant Technology, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for delivering complex restaurant technology solutions and driving engineering excellence. You will provide technical guidance, influence architecture decisions, and partner with stakeholders to ensure technology investments support business objectives. ### WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead the design and development of complex restaurant technology applications and integrations. Establish and promote coding standards, development best practices, and technical governance. Perform detailed solution design and architecture reviews. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects. Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the technology landscape. Collaborate with business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives and manage technical risk. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards. ### WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university preferred. 5-8 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Point of Sale (POS) systems, restaurant technology platforms, and related enterprise technology solutions. Experience with solution design, system integration, technical analysis, and process automation initiatives. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience participating in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities. Experience managing software releases, system configurations, and cross-functional implementation efforts. Ability to lead medium-complexity initiatives while balancing project execution with strategic business priorities. Proven ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, drive process improvements, and deliver effective solutions. Demonstrated technical ownership, with experience mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of team capabilities. ### WHO WE ARE Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
