## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 落实各项薪酬激励政策，按时发放工资及奖金。
- 负责人工成本预算编制、调整、分析、清算、控制、优化。
- 负责薪酬体系的制定，员工薪酬标准核定确认、工资变动等。
- 负责员工晋升的核算、上报、兑现。
- 负责人成本数据与财务数据的核对。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历；

### 专业要求
- 人力资源管理、经济学、数学与应用数学、统计学、计算机等相关专业；视表、PPT 等办公软件，具备基础数据整理、图表制作与方案可视化能力；掌握市场数据分析方法优先；

### 其他要求
- 具备较强责任心、进取心与创新思维；拥有优秀公文写作、营销方案撰写能力；善于市场调研、客户洞察，沟通协调、落地推进能力突出；身心健康、品行端正，勤奋踏实、吃苦耐劳，能够承受较强工作压力；具备优秀团队协作意识，执行力强，可配合开展外出营销、市场活动等外勤工作；有通信运营商、政企市场、渠道营销、活动策划相关工作经验优先；熟悉县域 / 区域市场经营、融合业务、权益产品运营者优先。 Education 本科 Job category 薪酬福利 Experience 不限 Address 新疆维吾尔自治区、喀什地区、喀什市
