## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 统筹建立覆盖数据、大模型、智能体、知识本体的全链路安全管理体系，制定安全管理制度与流程并监督执行，开展安全考核与评价；
- 负责智能体与大模型安全技术落地，包括训练数据脱敏、Prompt注入防护、模型输出合规校验、智能体权限管控、知识本体安全分级等；
- 负责AI基础设施安全运营，包括智能体平台、模型仓库、向量数据库、RPA平台的安全防护与日常运维；
- 组织开展数据安全合规与风险排查，对接等保2.0、数据安全法等监管要求，保障AI场景合规落地；
- 负责IT基础设施安全支撑，包括主机、网络、数据库、中间件的日常安全运维与应急事件处置。本岗位核心为智能体和大模型安全，传统基础设施安全为辅助支撑工作。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 普通高等院校硕士研究生及以上学历，并具有相应学位；

### 专业要求
- 计算机类、电子信息类、网络安全、信息安全、密码学等相关专业；

### 专业技能
- 了解数据安全、网络安全基本原理，了解加密、脱敏、访问控制等基础安全技术；了解Linux、Windows操作系统基础操作，了解数据库、网络、中间件相关知识；掌握至少一门编程语言（Python/Java 等），具备基础的脚本编写能力；具备良好的逻辑思维与风险意识，能够独立梳理安全风险点；

### 综合素质
- 身体健康，品行端正，具备全局观念与服务意识，较强的执行能力与沟通协调能力；

### 其他要求
- 了解智能体安全、大模型安全、AI伦理、Prompt安全相关知识，有AI安全相关项目或竞赛经验优先；持有CISP、CISSP、网络安全工程师等相关认证优先；了解智能体、向量数据库、知识本体基本架构，有数据安全治理相关实践优先。 Education 硕士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 北京、北京市、不限
