## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 跟踪行业最新应用案例，结合公司现有政务业务，办公管理规范，提出创新应用方案并进行可行性验证。
- 协助构建知识库，利用提示词工程、检索增强生成（RAG）等技术，将政策法规、办事指南、公文模板等数据转化为高可用的智能问答或辅助处理能力。
- 运用Agent框架，围绕公文自动润色、业务合规分析、客户登记界定等场景，快速搭建可用于验证的功能原型（PoC）。
- 参与数据的清洗、分类与结构化工作，处理包括PDF、Excel、扫描件等在内格式各异的数据，为后续模型训练或知识库建设提供支持。" 【任职要求】
- 研究生及以上学历。计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业。
- 熟练掌握Python编程语言，具备良好的代码编写规范，并能熟练阅读英文技术文档
- 理解大模型API（如OpenAIAPI、国内主流大模型API）的调用原理、参数配置及基本限制。
- 日常深度使用GPT、Claude或国内主流大模型，对数据隐私、内容安全、有基本概念。
