## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 研究智慧交通领域国家政策、行业标准、前沿技术及商业模式，支撑公路水路基础设施数字化转型、车路云一体化、智慧交管、智慧交运等方向的售前咨询与实施交付；
- 在售前阶段，牵头开展方案设计、可行性研究报告编制、招投标技术响应等工作，独立完成客户业务咨询、解决方案编制及汇报；
- 在交付阶段，负责项目全生命周期管理，运用规范项目管理方法论与工具，统筹内外部资源，推进计划执行，识别并应对风险，处理变更，保障项目按期高质量交付；
- 深入理解智慧交通业务场景及公司产品服务体系，主动挖掘客户需求，收集分析市场信息；
- 基于一线实践，向产品与研发团队提出优化建议，推动智慧交通解决方案迭代升级与规模化落地；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。 【任职要求】
- 研究生及以上学历，计算机技术、通信工程、软件工程等相关专业；
- 主导智慧交通相关研发课题至少1项，并发表至少1篇中文核心以上论文；
- 具备售前技术方案编制能力，能够组织编写针对客户行业的产品和解决方案的宣传文档，有较强的文档编写和演讲汇报能力；
