## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 协助招聘全流程实施，能与简历筛选、面试组织及入职跟进，保障人员供给。
- 协助办理员工入转调离、考勤统计等基础业务，规范人事流程管理。
- 协助薪酬福利核算、绩效数据统计与考核跟进，保障人力机制平稳运行。
- 协助培训组织实施，参与培训体系建设，助力员工能力提升。
- 协助开展企业文化建设与员工关系管理，收集员工诉求，推动人力制度落地优化。 【任职要求】

### 一、学历要求

普通高等院校本科及以上学历，并具有相应学位。

### 二、专业要求

人力资源管理、公共管理类专业。

### 三、专业技能
- 掌握人力资源六大模块基础理论，掌握招聘、培训基础工作逻辑；
- 熟练使用Excel函数、PPT，可完成人力数据统计、培训方案撰写；
- 具备良好沟通表达能力，擅长面试接待、培训现场组织协调；
- 拥有较强逻辑梳理能力，能够完成人才盘点、人力需求测算；

### 四、其他技能

持有人力资源管理相关证书、学生干部经历优先。

### 五、综合素质

具有良好的抗压能力，爱岗敬业，沟通能力强，具备较强的团队协作意识、良好跨部门沟通、现场协调学习适配能力。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 广西壮族自治区、梧州市、不限
