## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 配合实施省公司本部及支撑单位诉讼、仲裁、行政复议、公证、鉴证等事务，协助处理应对各类行政行为。支撑、指导和监督分公司重大案件处置工作。
- 组织提供省公司本部及支撑单位合同合法性审查，对合同标准文本、合同时效、合同审签、履行流程进行综合管理。参加重大合同的谈判和起草工作。
- 配合实施省本部及支撑单位常年法律服务机构选择聘任，负责对外聘常年法律服务机构管理考核评价等工作。 3.配合制定公司年度普法工作计划并组织实施 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 研究生及以上学历

### 专业要求
- 法学相关专业

### 其他要求
- 通过国家统一法律职业资格考试者优先，有较强的法律专业知识和管理协调能力，能快速适应工作需要，保证法律各项工作的落地执行 Education 硕士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 云南省、昆明市、官渡区
