## Job description

Responsibilities 【岗位职责】

### 模型建设与落地
- 负责存量运营场景算法模型的搭建、迭代与工程化落地，输出标准化数据与模型能力，支撑日常运营工作；

### 数据运营支撑
- 承担常态化数据统计、分析复盘及报表输出工作，排查数据与模型应用问题，保障业务平稳运转；

### AI与智能体开发
- 围绕数据运营业务场景，开展轻量化AI应用、业务智能体的开发优化，赋能团队工作提效；

### 资产运维与沉淀
- 负责模型、脚本、智能工具的规范化管理与运维，沉淀标准化技术资产，适配数字化平台迭代升级。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 应届毕业生，取得普通高等院校研究生及以上学历，并具有相应学位；

### 专业要求
- 通信类、电子类、计算机类、人工智能类专业；

### 技能要求
- 熟悉通信网络技术，AI、IT、云计算、大数据、物联网等相关知识。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 河南省、郑州市、中原区
