## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责组织实施D域系统能力建设，制定年度工作思路和发展规划。
- 负责对接总部数据中台能力开放和共享，制定本省能力运营管理办法和运营思路。
- 负责BOM数据拉通管理工作，负责大数据分析、算法建模。
- 负责大数据应用工具能力打造，组织实施全省推广与支撑。
- 负责数字化转型场景赋能的项目开发与管理。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，取得毕业证、学位证。计算机、软件工程、数据科学与大数据技术、人工智能等相关专业，
- 熟练掌握Python/MYSQL/Java至少一种开发语言及框架，具备扎实的前后端开发功底;
- 熟悉常用数据结构、大数据建模、数据算法，数据分析等能力；
- 熟悉大模型应用开发流程，掌握LangChain、LLM、Agent、向量数据库等主流AI开发技术与框架；
- 掌握SQL编写、接口开发、微服务开发流程，熟悉Git、Maven、Docker等开发工具;
- 熟悉主流大模型(deepseek、千问等)、提示词工程优化;
- 具备大数据建模、算法、智能体搭建、大数据分析、数据服务支撑等能力。 Education 本科 Job category 数据分析师 Experience 不限 Address 海南省、海口市、秀英区
