## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责处理公司诉讼、仲裁、执行等法律纠纷案件；对接法院、外部律所等，做好外部法务协同对接。
- 负责起草、审核公司合同、协议、函件等法律文件，推进合同标准化管理。
- 负责公司内部各类重大事项、规章制度的合规审查工作，防范经营法律风险。
- 负责开展法律研判、法律咨询工作，为公司经营发展、各业务线条提供专业法律支撑等工作。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 2027届普通高等院校本科及以上学历；2026届未就业优秀毕业。

### 专业要求
- 法律类相关专业。
- 熟悉国家法律法规，具备良好的法律事务判断分析能力。
