## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 基于开源模型和框架，打造工业质检专属算法能力；
- 用产线回流数据做模型微调，持续提升缺陷检测精度；
- 搭建数据集与模型迭代闭环，推动算法资产沉淀；
- 对比测评多生态模型，驱动外部优化与自有能力建设；
- 完成领导交办的其他任务。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 计算机/自动化/控制科学等相关专业；

### 其他要求
- 熟悉计算机视觉与深度学习，有模型训练与调优经验；了解工业视觉、缺陷检测、小样本学习优先；有 SDK 封装、模型部署等工程化经验优先；学习能力强，有团队协作意识。 Education 硕士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 广东省、广州市、海珠区
