## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责落实监控工作规范、监控全网情况，及时协助处理网络故障和紧急申告，并监督解决、配合网络调整、割接工作等班组各项工作；
- 负责监控各通信网设备运行情况，发现异常及时排障或通报网管监控技术支持人员，受理网络问题申告，并指导进行故障处理等工作。
- 负责政企客户数据制作及优化工作。
- 负责实施传输网日常维护作业计划处理传输网故障、健康检查工作，确保传输网运行平稳；
- 负责电路及通道调度工作；
- 负责专业资源录入工作（传输设备侧数据）；
- 处理传输网相关客户投诉；
- 负责大客户电路资料核对清查工作； 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历；

### 专业要求
- 通信、计算机类相关专业；

### 其他要求
- 熟练使用WPS办公软件；具有较强的责任心、进取心和创新意识，具有良好的沟通能力、写作能力；身心健康、品行端正、勤奋踏实、吃苦耐劳，能承受较强的工作压力，具备良好的团队协作意识及能力。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 新疆维吾尔自治区、博尔塔拉蒙古自治州、不限
