## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责本地数字化能力运营推广工作，协调解决系统使用过程中的各种问题；
- 负责承接上级公司重点工作任务和考核指标，开展本地工作部署，制定计划、落实责任；
- 负责收集生产运营过程中的数字化需求和问题，及时组织宣贯、培训和赋能。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 国内外高校2027届毕业生及2026届未就业毕业生，具备大学本科及以上学历、并取得相应学历和学位证书（国外高校毕业生需取得国家教育部学历学位认证）。

### 专业要求
- 计算机类、电子信息类、自动化类、数学类、统计学类、管理学类等相关专业。

### 综合素质
- 具有较强的学习能力和创新能力；具有较强的沟通、协调能力和团队协作意识。

### 其他要求
