## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责网格市场生态圈搭建与中小渠道拓展、管理和维系工作，摸排整合辖区线下资源，完善网格渠道布局；
- 针对空白薄弱区域进行渠道补盲，提升区域覆盖渗透；
- 常态化开展渠道巡检、产能诊断、合规管控与帮扶提效，盘活存量渠道，稳固渠道产能；
- 做好渠道客情维系、问题闭环及联动营销运营，通过数据复盘持续优化经营策略；
- 严控渠道经营风险，保障网格渠道生态稳健高质量发展 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历，并具有相应的学位

### 专业知识
- 不限专业。

### 专业技能
- （1）生态建设能力：具备网格市场摸排、资源盘点、生态体系搭建能力，整合社区、商圈、异业等各类线下资源，搭建常态化网格生态运营场景。 （2）客情维系能力：具备极强的线下商户、渠道客情维护能力，能够快速建立信任关系，及时解决渠道诉求与经营卡点，稳定渠道合作粘性 （3）沟通能力佳：逻辑清晰、表达流畅，善于商务洽谈、多方协调与资源整合。

### 综合素质
