## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责落实人工智能产品发展规划，相关产品政策的制定；
- 负责支撑人工智能产品相关需求，协同推进项目实施；
- 负责智能体开发，结合公司业务需求，参与基于大模型的智能体应用开发；
- 负责应用落地支持，配合团队将智能体技术落地到具体的业务场景。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 2027届硕士及以上学历应届毕业生或2026届硕士及以上学历未曾就业毕业生；

### 专业要求
- 电子信息类、计算机类、能源动力类、数学类、统计学类、自动化类等相关专业；
- 具备扎实的算法研究功底和代码实现能力，敏锐的科研洞察力和独立攻关能力；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力和团队协作意识；
- 具有较强的数据敏感性、较强的学习能力和创新思维，责任意识，工作严谨、勤奋。 Education 硕士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 江苏省、苏州市、虎丘区
