## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- AI模型与系统安全评估。构建针对大语言模型（LLM）、AI智能体（Agent）的自动化红队测试框架，设计Prompt注入、越狱、数据投毒、模型窃取等攻击用例；挖掘多模态模型及RAG/MCP架构下的新型漏洞，输出风险水位报告与修复方案，验证防御边界；模拟AI驱动的自主化攻击链路（如自动横向移动、载荷生成），评估现有防御体系的失效风险。
- 智能防御体系构建与运营。研发并部署推理侧防护机制（如输入输出过滤器Guardrails、异常行为检测），落地对抗训练与鲁棒性优化技；利用AI技术提升威胁感知能力，开发基于机器学习的日志研判、异常流量识别及攻击溯源工具；建立AI全生命周期安全规范，涵盖数据清洗、模型训练监控、部署审计及应急响应流程。
- 前沿研究与技术赋能。跟踪OWASPLLMTop10、ATLAS等前沿威胁动态，转化学术界成果为工程化防御策略；制定企业级AI安全标准与最佳实践，对内提供技术培训与架构咨询，对外输出行业洞察；探索"AI对抗AI"场景下的成本效益模型，平衡算力预算与安全检出率。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 硕士研究生及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 计算机、网络、信息安全等相关专业。

### 技能要求
- 精通大模型原理（Transformer架构）、熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow，掌握Garak、NeMoGuardrails等安全工具链；具备“先攻后守”实战经验，能独立编写PoC利用代码及自动化扫描脚本；熟悉数据安全法、生成式AI服务管理暂行办法及相关行业标准。‌‌ Education 硕士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 北京、北京市、西城区
