## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责全区产品应用平台（如政企数字化应用、公众创新业务等）的推广策略制定与落地执行，支撑一线营销拓展。
- 负责产品应用平台的日常运营支撑与客户响应，及时处理并协调解决客户在使用过程中的技术问题与业务诉求。
- 协同研发及供应商团队，参与产品应用平台的需求调研、功能测试、版本发布及上线后的效果跟踪。
- 负责编制产品应用操作手册、培训课件，组织开展面向内部员工及外部客户的产品赋能培训。
- 完成上级领导交办的其他产品应用推广与平台支撑相关工作。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 计算机类、数据科学与大数据技术、电子信息类、市场营销、大数据分析类、算法类、软件工程等相关专业
- 技能要求:具有一定的分析、沟通协调能力;
- 其他:心态乐观积极，抗压能力强，具有高度的责任感和执行力。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 西藏自治区、拉萨市、城关区
