## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 承担区域宽带项目入场协调、新建及扩容；负责固网OLT、宽带施工割接，落实集团数固业务施工与电路调度录入。
- 统筹宽带资源全生命周期管理，开展无资源订单审核，推进数据上图、设备及号线用户整治，持续提升宽固资源数据准确性。
- 牵头区域宽带网络投诉处置，抓好投诉响应率、解决率、满意率等客户感知指标，承接市公司宽带相关考核任务。
- 做好宽固网业协同，为装维队伍提供业务支撑；配合建设、市场部门提供资源数据支撑，参与重大活动通信保障。
- 完成领导交办的其他事项。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 2026届未就业、2027届普通高等院校本科及以上学历；

### 专业要求
- 计算机、通信类相关专业；

### 专业技能
- 专业理论知识扎实，能熟练使用常用办公软件；

### 综合素质
- 具有较强进取心、开拓意识、良好的沟通能力和较强的团队协作意识；

### 其他要求
