## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责知识工程相关产品的产品研发，结合市场需求、客户痛点与技术可行性，规划产品路线；
- 具备优秀的编程能力，可快速理解技术逻辑、对接相关研发团队；熟练运用主流AI编程工具提升产品设计与需求落地效率；
- 熟悉基于通用Agent框架进行自定义Skills、Tools与自动化工作流的开发，实现复杂任务编排；
- 结合AI技术发展趋势，规划Agent平台的AI相关功能（如智能工作流、插件集成、大模型适配），推动产品差异化竞争优势打造。 【任职要求】
- 硕士研究生及以上学历（博士优先），计算机类、电子信息类等相关专业；
- 熟悉知识库、通用智能体平台架构、核心功能与应用场景，能结合平台能力规划产品功能，对接研发团队完成需求落地；
- 了解大模型基础原理、提示词工程、RAG技术，熟悉Linux、Docker基础者优先；
- 具备优秀的沟通表达、逻辑思维与问题解决能力，能高效对接跨部门团队与客户，清晰传递需求与诉求；
