## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 参与基于大语言模型的Agent智能体系统研发，包括任务理解、任务拆解、工具调用、流程编排及结果生成；
- 负责大模型与企业内部API、知识库、数据库、搜索服务及业务系统的连接和集成；
- 参与FunctionCalling、MCP、Skills、Workflow等智能体工具体系的设计和开发；
- 研究并优化Agent在复杂任务中的规划、执行、反思、校验及异常处理能力；开发面向办公、客服、数据分析、内容生成等场景的智能体应用； 6.参与多模型接入及模型路由能力建设，实现不同大模型之间的统一调用和灵活切换；建立Agent执行过程日志、状态管理、错误处理及效果评测机制。 【任职要求】
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机类、电子信息类、自动化类、数学类等相关专业；
- 熟练掌握Python，具备良好的面向对象编程与工程开发能力；熟悉数据结构、算法、计算机网络、数据库等计算机基础知识；
- 了解大语言模型基本原理及应用方式；熟悉PromptEngineering、RAG、FunctionCalling、Agent等至少一种大模型应用技术；了解MCP协议或AI工具调用机制；
- 逻辑思维清晰，能对复杂任务进行分析与程序化拆解；对多智能体、长期记忆、任务规划等方向有浓厚兴趣；

### 加分项
