## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责收集和分析用户信息/行为模式/兴趣偏好等数据，输出用户特征和行为习惯描述，沉淀标签；
- 负责洞察客户需求，配合团队推动六大场景模型建设应用及迭代优化；
- 负责生产模型应用专项分析及效能评估；
- 负责协助提值融合策略主管推动策略优化及生产闭环；
- 完成领导安排的其他工作。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 研究生及以上学历，具有相关学历学位证书。

### 专业知识
- 数学、统计学、计算机、通信工程、人工智能等相关专业。

### 能力要求
- ①具备较强的数据分析、建模能力，针对数据输出结论和对应策略； ②扎实编程基础，至少熟练掌握C/C++/Java/Python其中一种编程技能，且有良好的数学基础； ③有良好的团队合作精神，良好的统筹协调能力和学习能力；具备良好的职业道德素养、良好的沟通和理解能力，责任心强。 Education 硕士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 云南省、昆明市、官渡区
