## Job description

Responsibilities 【岗位职责】 1.负责APP线上线下一体化运营流程穿透，组织实施线上业务线下流程受理，协同公众号、微博触点开展常态和节点活动； 2.负责承接、优化集团线上触点活动和客户运营赋能工具（全客平台、公众APP、新客服系统等）的优化需求；负责对接服营中心、客服部APP客户服务工作。 4.负责公众运营平台（APP侧）工号管理； 5.负责APP日常对账稽核 6.负责组织和支撑APP积分规则落地实施，承接集团公司相关积分工作和客服服务工作 7.完成领导交办的其他工作。 【任职要求】
- 研究生及以上学历；
- 熟悉线上用户运营，擅长用户活动策划与数据分析，对用户行为变化敏感；
- 精通wps、office、xmind、PPT、mindmanager、visio等办公软件；
- 有独立策划完成的用户运营案例；充分理解公司数字化转型思路；具备平台思维、用户思维；
- 有较强的数据分析能力，针对数据输出结论和对应策略；
