- 合同规章制度和管理流程落地及法律审核。
- 合规体系的建设和优化，合规管理制度和管理流程落地，规章制度合规审核。
- 处理本公司的诉讼和仲裁案件，诉讼制度和管理流程落地。
- 公司重大决策和经营管理问题的法律论证。
- 工商证照管理和授权管理。
- 普法宣传。
- 知识产权管理。 【任职要求】 1、学历要求：2027届普通高等院校本科及以上学历，2026届未就业毕业生也可招收 2、专业要求：法学类相关专业。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 山东省、济宁市、不限
