## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责区域内创新业务的市场调研，挖掘本地领域的业务需求。制定符合区域实际的创新业务推广策略与落地计划，牵头对接本地客户，推动业务签约与项目落地。
- 跟踪创新业务的市场表现与客户反馈，分析业务营收、渗透率等数据，优化业务推广方向，提升区域内创新业务的市场份额。
- 协调公司内部资源，为创新业务落地提供技术支撑；负责创新业务项目的全流程跟进，包括合同执行、资源调配、交付协调等，保障项目顺利落地并满足客户需求。
- 为区域内一线团队提供创新业务培训与指导，包括业务知识、方案讲解、客户沟通技巧等，提升团队业务能力。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历，并具有相应学位；

### 专业要求
- 计算机类、通信类、电子信息类、市场营销等相关专业；
- 具有良好的抗压能力.学习能力.良好的沟通能力和较强的团队合作精神；
