## Job description

Responsibilities 【岗位职责】

### 轮岗学习
- 熟悉公司通信业务流程，对应了解基层业务经营运行逻辑等；

### 专业职能实操培养
- 深耕人力对应模块，完成制度执行、数据核算、合规管控等实务；

### 跨条线协同保障
- 为前端业务提供配套职能支撑，统筹专项工作、跨部门沟通协调等；
- 成长为人力专业领域复合型后备人才。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 普通高等院校本科及以上学历，具有相应学位。

### 专业要求
- 人力资源管理相关专业。

### 综合素质
- 具有较强进取心、开拓意识，良好的沟通能力和较强的团队协作意识。

### 其他要求
