## Job description

### AI-Ready数据治理体系建设
- 设计并实施面向AI场景的数据治理架构，确保数据具备可解释性、语义完整性与机器可读性，能够被AI系统可靠地消费和理解；

### 高质量数据集构建
- 围绕大模型训练与AI Agent服务需求，开展多模态数据的采集、清洗、处理、验证与增强工作，建设覆盖核心业务场景的高质量数据集；

### 知识与本体工程建设
- 构建企业级知识管理体系与领域本体模型，设计统一语义层，将分散的原始数据转化为结构化的知识资产，支撑AI Agent的检索增强与复杂推理；

### Data+AI一体化数据平台研发
- 参与基于云原生架构的Data+AI融合平台建设，打通数据接入、治理、建模、训练到推理全链路；

### AI数据服务与Agent赋能
- 设计面向AI Agent的数据供给接口，支持结构化数据、向量语义数据、图谱关系数据等多模型数据的统一访问与协同计算；

### 智能数据治理工具开发
- 利用AI技术（大模型、智能体等）自动化完成数据分类分级、质量检测、异常发现与修复等数据治理任务，推动从DataOps到AIOps的融合演进。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 统招硕士及以上学历，CET-6成绩425分及以上；

### 专业要求
- 计算机科学与技术、软件工程、数据科学与大数据技术、人工智能、信息工程等相关专业。

### 岗位技能要求
- 精通Java/Scala，熟练掌握Shell/Python脚本，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础；
- 深入理解Hadoop生态（Hive/Spark/Flink/Kafka）及列式存储（Doris），熟悉数据湖架构（Paimon）及云原生数据技术（阿里云MaxCompute/Hologres）；
- 熟悉知识图谱构建、本体（Ontology）建模与语义层设计，了解向量数据库（如Milvus）及Graph RAG技术；
- 熟悉高质量数据集的构建方法论，包括数据采集、清洗、标注、验证等全链路加工环节，理解AI-ready数据的基本要求；
- 了解大模型数据预处理流程（如Chunk切分、Embedding生成、实体识别与关系抽取等）；
- 具备SQL优化能力，了解OLAP引擎（Doris/Kylin/StarRocks）；
- 了解数据治理框架（元数据管理、数据质量、数据安全），对AI for Data（利用AI技术自动化数据治理）有基本认知。 Education 硕士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 北京、北京市、大兴区
