## Job description

Responsibilities 【岗位职责】

### 渠道规划与体系管理
- 制定社会渠道发展规划、布局标准、合作模式；建立渠道准入、退出机制；统筹代理商资质、合作协议、档案管理。

### 业务运营与效能提升
- 统筹渠道业务目标与经营分析；监控渠道产能、质量、活跃度；优化渠道结构，提升优质渠道占比，清理低效渠道。

### 支撑与资源管理
- 统筹渠道物料、号卡、终端、系统支撑；制定标准化服务流程与门店规范；保障渠道受理、结算、服务顺畅。

### 数据与市场管理
- 渠道数据统计、经营分析、报表管理；跟踪竞品渠道政策；提出渠道优化与市场应对建议。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历；

### 专业要求
- 计算机、电子信息、数学、统计学、市场营销等专业毕业优先；

### 其他要求
- 要熟练使用Excel、word等办公软件；具有较强的责任心、进取心和创新意识，具有良好的沟通能力和较强的团队协作意识；身心健康、品行端正、勤奋踏实、吃苦耐劳，能够承受较大工作压力。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 新疆维吾尔自治区、巴音郭楞蒙古自治州、库尔勒市
