## Job description

### 垂类算法研究
- 围绕医疗与制造场景，开展世界模型、VLA模型适配微调及模仿/强化学习策略设计，提升任务成功率与泛化性。

### 模型优化部署
- 基于国产算力底座构建垂类大模型微调与边缘部署Pipeline，研究量化、蒸馏等推理优化技术，适配云边端算力分布。

### 仿真迁移攻关
- 搭建“数据-仿真-真机”闭环，研究Sim2Real迁移方法，解决策略从仿真到真机的性能衰减问题。

### 前沿创新与支撑
- 跟踪具身智能前沿并产出专利论文，为标杆项目提供算法攻关，沉淀可复用的工具链与算法组件库。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 普通高等院校博士研究生；

### 专业要求
- 人工智能、计算机科学与技术、控制科学与工程、机器人学、自动化、电子信息（智能信息处理方向）等相关专业；

### 综合能力要求
- （1）具备扎实的工程实现与问题解决能力，数学基础扎实，精通Python/C++及Linux，熟练使用PyTorch等深度学习框架； （2） 在具身智能、世界模型、VLA或强化学习领域有深入研究或落地经验，掌握模型微调、推理优化及Sim2Real迁移等关键技术； （3）熟悉机器人系统架构，具备国产算力适配、边缘部署或仿真平台开发经验，能独立完成算法到真机的闭环验证； （4）具备优秀创新思维与团队协作能力；在顶会发表论文、权威竞赛获奖或有头部企业相关实习经验者优先。 Education 博士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 上海、上海市、不限
