## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责公众产品的整体运营，组织制订产品规划、规则和流程；
- 负责公众业务的市场调研与拓展、需求分析与挖掘、产品开发、功能设计、完善优化与智能技术应用；
- 负责统筹公众产品迭代优化、客户感知管理、营销预算考核等运营管理工作；
- 负责落实营销推广工作，包括营销组织、集约运营、触点营销等；
- 负责维系公众业务客户关系，提升客户满意度和客户保有率。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 普通高等院校本科及以上学历，并具有相应学位；

### 专业要求
- 计算机类、电子信息类、自动化类、能源动力类、数学类、统计学类、市场类、管理类等相关专业；

### 综合素质
- 具有较强进取心、开拓意识，良好的沟通能力和较强的团队协作意识；

### 其他要求
