## Job description

Responsibilities 【岗位职责】

### 算网全条线轮岗孵化
- 深耕5G/5G-A、算力网络、云计算、网络安全、传输运维等核心技术，熟悉网络规划、建设、故障抢修、客户网络保障全流程等；

### 一线现场实操历练
- 下沉基层开展现场作业，掌握末梢网络优化、设备调测、网络割接实操能力等；

### 算网项目技术支撑
- 参与云网融合、算力资源、网络安全类项目落地等；
- 成长为兼具全网视野的算网技术、云网运维、网络安全复合型技术后备人才。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 普通高等院校本科及以上学历，具有相应学位。

### 专业要求
- 理工类专业为主，其中计算机类、电子信息类专业优先。

### 综合素质
- 具有较强进取心、开拓意识，良好的沟通能力和较强的团队协作意识。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，品行端正，勤奋踏实，具备良好的心理素质和身体素质。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 贵州省、黔西南布依族苗族自治州、兴义市
