## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 协助完成AIoT领域数据分析、标注等工作，并根据需求研究和开发机器学习、深度学习、Agent智能体、具身智能等算法；
- 协助开展具身智能机器人训练数据采集、整理、清洗、标注和质量检查，支持多模态数据集建设；
- 协助完成机器人商演、导览、巡检、搬运等典型场景的任务拆解、动作编排、训练配置和效果验证；
- 优化算法性能，确保在资源受限的环境中高效运行；
- 跟踪最新的算法研究进展（包括大模型、强化学习、模仿学习等），并评估其在物联网及机器人领域的应用潜力；
- 开展机器人现场部署、联调测试、运行监控和问题排查，支撑训练场日常运行；
- 协助编写技术文档，包括算法设计、实现、测试结果及机器人训练报告。 【任职要求】
- 研究生及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化等相关专业；
- 熟悉Pytorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架，熟悉包括但不限于GPT、LLaMA、ChatGLM、Qwen等主流大模型架构，熟悉OpenClaw/Hermes/Nanobot等Agent框架；
- 了解具身智能、机器人学习、机器视觉、运动控制、强化学习、模仿学习等相关方向基础知识；熟悉Python，具备一定的数据处理、模型训练或算法复现经验；
- 了解机器人传感器、机械臂、移动机器人、服务机器人或仿真平台等基础知识，有机器人项目、竞赛经验者优先；
- 具备良好的数学基础（统计学、线性代数、概率论）；
- 具备较强的动手实践能力，能够参与测试、设备联调、问题记录和实验复盘；
- 具有高度的责任心，良好的学习能力、创新思维、沟通协作能力和文档编写能力。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 江苏省、南京市、秦淮区
