## Job description

Responsibilities 【岗位职责】

### 全专业培训
- 学习通信网络运行、业务产品、流程、政策知识；

### 轮岗实践
- 区分公司网络技术、营销管理支撑、基层营销岗位等轮岗学习；

### 基层营销实践
- 营销活动实施、综合业务营销；
- 提升公众业务营销与网格经营管理能力，未来成长为具备较强综合业务素养的基层管理梯队人才。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 普通高等院校本科及以上学历，并具有相应学位。

### 专业要求
- 理工科、市场营销、综合管理等相关专业。

### 综合素质
