## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责全区社区市场常态化营销组织、产能调度、短板提质，统筹以通信合作社为核心的农村市场体系建设、业务发展、流程落地与日常管控，承接社区、农村两大市场用户发展、宽带提质、存量激活、渗透率提升等经营指标，夯实属地公众市场基本盘。
- 完成个人业绩发展及收入指标。

收入核计为联网全部收入+算网利润计收。
- 完成上级交办的其他事项。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 通信类、计算机类、网络与安全类、数据智能类；具体包括：通信工程、电子信息工程、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、网络工程、信息安全、数据科学与大数据技术、自动化、数学与应用数学。
- 技能要求:具有一定的分析、沟通协调能力;
- 其他:心态乐观积极，抗压能力强，具有高度的责任感和执行力。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 西藏自治区、山南市、不限
