## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】 产品类岗位包括产品经理、产品运营、数据运营等产品类岗位
- 参与产品的规划、发展方向制定、设计及试点运营推广工作；
- 负责产品市场竞争分析、市场动态监测、竞争对手产品分析，并制定相应的产品应对策略；
- 根据客户确认的需求，完成需求分析，制定完整的解决方案；
- 负责与各部门沟通，协调资源，组织完成产品方案的开发、测试、验收与培训，确保产品进度与质量。 【任职要求】 1.2027届硕士研究生及以上学历学位，计算机类、电子信息类、数学类、统计学类、自动化类、经济学类、新闻传播类、社会学类、管理科学与工程类专业； 2.了解产品经理基本的工具使用，如Axure、Visio、MindManager等； 3.热爱产品，具备优秀的创造力、想象力、逻辑思维与系统分析能力，突出的文字组织能力和沟通能力； 4.有相关实习经验者优先。 Education 硕士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 北京、北京市、不限
