## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 牵头贯通铁三角运作机制，组织数科中心、交付中心等相关部门以及对应领域的专业SI协同做好行业及区县政企的支撑赋能工作；
- 负责对应领域项目的全生命周期管理:针对项目商机转化、营销落地、售前招投标、售中交付实施和售后保障等关键节点进行全生命周期管理。及时协调处理专业线项目在招投标、项目实施、项目交付以及售后保障中的疑难问题，保障项目按照时间进度计划完成项目计收；
- 支撑对应领域负责响应商机的客户经理组织的投标准备工作，与交付中心进行对接，对CT类投标项目的技术和建设方案进行沟通和确认，输出编制CT项目解决方案。配合售前完成技术方案可行性评审，支撑营销单元完成专业线客户项目CT部分标前解读、标书编制、标书审核；

### 负责对应领域项目立项管理
- 通过PM3.0系统对项目前评估流程进行审核与管理，协调处理销售单元在PM3.0系统遇到的问题，权限申请和权限变更等系统支撑工作，保障项目按计划完成项目实施交付和计收。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 2026届未就业、2027届普通高等院校硕士研究生及以上学历；

### 专业要求
- 人工智能、计算机等相关专业；

### 专业技能
- 专业理论知识扎实，能熟练使用常用办公软件，了解通信、市场营销等方面的知识；

### 综合素质
- 责任心强，学习能力强，执行能力强，具备良好的统筹管理能力、较强的解决方案编写能力、客户宣讲能力。

### 其他要求
