## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 参与业务复杂问题攻坚与持续优化，通过调研分析推动服务体系改进。
- 针对重复投诉、满意度低分等重点问题开展根因分析，定位问题根源。
- 协助设计优化方案，参与试点落地，搭建评估方法，通过 A/B 测试验证改进效果。
- 整理项目成果，输出白皮书、标准化作业流程等文档，沉淀经验。
- 维护 “问题发现
- 立项
- 落地
- 复盘” 全流程闭环管理机制。
- 组织跨部门交流，提炼优秀案例，协助经验在各区域推广复用。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历应届大学毕业生；

### 专业要求
- 通信工程等相关专业优先；
- 具有良好的口头与书面沟通、表达能力，具有良好的逻辑思维、问题分析能力，吃苦耐劳；
