## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 产品需求与业务场景梳理 （1）梳理客户需求、政策文件与现有产品能力,提炼业务场景与功能需求; （2）将应急管理领域的业务问题转化为可设计、可演示的产品需求,形成含优先级、数据依赖与业务边界的结构化需求材料。
- AI 能力产品化研究 （1）研究大模型、智能体、RAG、多模态识别等 AI 能力在应急业务场景中的应用方式与结合点,形成清晰的产品化表达; （2）跟踪 AI 产品、政务信息化、应急管理智能化等行业动态,沉淀可复用的资料、案例与功能参考。
- 产品原型设计制作支撑 （1）细化产品功能、页面原型与交互流程,搭建或整理演示 Demo,准备样例数据与讲解话术; （2）配合产品汇报、客户交流、项目申报等场景,完成演示材料与支撑内容准备。
- 产品材料与知识沉淀 （1）编写汇报 PPT、产品介绍、需求分析、竞品分析等材料,将复杂业务资料与 AI 技术内容转化为清晰、专业、易于汇报的表达; （2）参与产品资料库建设,持续沉淀产品规划、场景案例、功能清单与演示资产。 【任职要求】
- 研究生及以上学历，软件工程、计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先;
- 对 AI 产品有较强兴趣，理解 Prompt、RAG、知识库、智能体、工作流编排等基础概念,能与研发团队进行基本技术沟通；
- 了解 Python 及大模型应用开发基本流程,使用过 LangChain、Dify、Coze 等开发框架或平台中的一种以上；
- 具备较好的逻辑分析与文档表达能力,能将复杂材料整理为清晰的结构化内容；
- 熟练使用常用办公与协作工具,能独立完成 PPT、文档、表格、流程图等基础材料；
- 自驱力与责任心强,能主动同步进度、按期交付,适应一定程度的独立工作。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 北京、北京市、不限
