## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责公众客户市场营销活动的策划、组织与执行；负责细分客群的画像构建与需求分析，制定差异化运营策略；
- 制定年度/季度营销计划，推动品牌宣传与业务推广落地；开展用户分层分级管理，设计并落地精准营销方案；
- 开展市场趋势分析与用户调研，挖掘营销机会点；
- 跟踪营销活动效果，进行复盘总结与策略优化。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历；

### 专业要求
- 计算机、通信工程、电子信息等相关专业优先；

### 其他要求
- （1）具有较强的市场敏感度与营销策划能力，善于捕捉市场热点与用户需求； （2）具有较强的文案撰写与创意表达能力，能独立完成营销方案设计与落地执行； （3）具有较强的精细化运营思维，能制定并落地差异化的用户运营策略； （4）具有较强的沟通协调能力，能有效整合内外部资源推动项目落地； （5）具有较强的学习能力与抗压能力，责任心强，能适应快节奏的营销工作环境； （6）熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基础的数据分析能力。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 浙江省、台州市、椒江区
