## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责员工入离职、转正、调岗、晋升、合同签订、续签、解除等全流程手续办理，人事档案收集、整理、归档与保管，确保档案合规完整。
- 维护员工信息台账、人力资源系统数据更新，人员信息统计、报表填报，及时准确上报人力各类统计数据。
- 核算员工工资、绩效、补贴、高原激励等，按时完成薪酬发放，薪酬台账管理；解答员工薪酬疑问。
- 开展干部选拔、岗位任职资格、人才梯队建设、绩效结果应用等工作。
- 组织年度 / 季度绩效考核工作，下发绩效方案，收集、汇总绩效考评表，绩效结果录入系统。
- 起草、修订人力资源管理制度（考勤、招聘、绩效、薪酬、待岗管理等），组织制度宣贯落地。

### 负责人力资源各类专项工作
- 干部聘任、离任审计配合、巡视整改、人力盘点、人力资源分析报告撰写。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 人力资源或汉语言文学相关专业。

### 其他要求
- 熟悉《劳动合同法》《社会保险法》等劳动法律法规，掌握人力资源全模块基础理论。熟练使用 Office办公软件，具备公文写作能力，具备良好的团队合作意识、组织沟通和协调能力、学习能力。 Education 本科 Job category 人力资源专员/助理 Experience 不限 Address 青海省、玉树藏族自治州、不限
