## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责公司前沿AI技术的探索与预研，跟踪大模型、多模态、Agent智能体等技术发展趋势，评估其在业务场景中的可行性与落地价值；
- 负责调研公司业务流程及痛点，识别AI技术应用机会，设计并推动落地实施方案；
- 负责机器学习/深度学习模型的开发、训练、评估及初步优化工作；
- 基于对算法原理的深入理解，设计数据解决方案，遴选并应用合适算法解决实际问题，持续优化模型性能及线上服务稳定性。 【任职要求】
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机类、电子信息类、自动化类、数学类等相关专业；

### 熟练使用Python语言、熟练掌握LR、XGBoost、 GBDT、神经网络等算法，了解常用机器学习/深度学习框架，如
- TensorFlow、Pytorch、Caffe等；
- 熟悉大模型应用开发技术栈，包括提示词工程、RAG、Agent工作流编排等，有LangChain/LlamaIndex/Dify等框架使用经验者优先；
- 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、问题分析和团队合作能力，有探索精神；
- 有AI Agent开发经验、多模态应用实践经验，或在AI相关竞赛中获奖者优先。 Education 硕士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 北京、北京市、西城区
