## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 跟踪云网各类KPI运行指标，开展网络质量、流量、负载、资源利用率分析，识别网络短板，制定优化方案，推动指标持续改善，输出优化分析报告；
- 负责承载网、数据网、云资源池、5G相关参数核查、策略调优；处理网络卡顿、时延、丢包等疑难故障，定位端到端问题根源，落实闭环整改；
- 支撑政企云业务、算力业务上线测试，针对重点客户、重点场景开展专项优化；承接网络类投诉、感知劣化问题分析处理，提升客户业务使用体验；
- 资源调度与专项优化；
- 跟踪云网、算力网络新技术演进，沉淀优化案例；编制优化方案、评估报告，完善优化台账，做好经验复盘。 【任职要求】
- 学历要求:2026届未就业、2027届普通高等院校本科及以上学历。
- 专业要求:计算机、通信类相关专业。
- 专业技能:专业理论知识扎实，能熟练使用常用办公软件。
- 综合素质:具有较强进取心、开拓意识、良好的沟通能力和较强的团队协作意识。
