## Job description

Responsibilities 【岗位职责】

### 场景挖掘
- 深入终端销售部、业务部门及各盟市前端一线，梳理高频重复的基础工作，建立AI改造需求清单。

### 数据治理
- 打通销售、库存、渠道等系统数据，构建统一数据底座与核心KPI指标体系。

### AI产品研发
- 开发智能报表/看板、销售预测与库存预警、一线智能问答助手、流程自动化等实用工具，替代人工繁杂劳动。

### 落地运营
- 推动AI工具在一线应用与迭代，以"节省工时/效率提升"量化价值；跟踪大模型与智能体技术，支撑数字化规划。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历

### 专业要求
- 计算机、软件工程、数据科学、人工智能、信息与通信工程、统计/数学等相关专业；通信/零售行业背景优先。

### 技能要求
- 熟练Python/SQL，懂机器学习与统计分析，有销售/需求预测经验优先；熟悉数据仓库/ETL及BI工具（帆软/Tableau/PowerBI）、大模型应用（RAG、智能体、知识库问答、流程自动化）；能将原型快速落地为可用内部工具，业务理解力强。
