## Job description

Responsibilities 【岗位职责】

### 全业务轮岗孵化
- 吃透网络底层能力，掌握公众领域、机构产业领域客户运营全业务逻辑，建立公司业务体系认知等；

### 市场经营实践培养
- 参与行业客户需求调研、市场数据复盘、业务产品落地配套支撑、客户服务全流程跟进，学习客户需求挖掘、行业场景分析、客户关系维护等；

### 经营运营支撑
- 开展市场数据分析、营销方案策划、策略营销管理、渠道与营业厅运营管理等；
- 成长为政企经营、公众经营、产品运营方向复合型经营管理后备人才。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 普通高等院校本科及以上学历，具有相应学位。

### 专业要求
- 理工类专业为主，市场营销专业。

### 综合素质
- 具有较强进取心、开拓意识，良好的沟通能力和较强的团队协作意识。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，品行端正，勤奋踏实，具备良好的心理素质和身体素质。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 贵州省、黔南布依族苗族自治州、惠水县
